Introducing MDBWA's First Ever Virtual Networking Event!
Throw on your sweats, grab your bevy and make some dinner because COVID-19 can't stop us from connecting as we THRIVE!
Join us for our ONLINE April 15th Networking Event where you will enjoy an evening virtually connecting with others as Registered Psychotherapist, Jaime Armstrong, provides an interactive and fun way to understand the brain, mental health, and the impact this has for you, your loved ones, and your business. Leave knowing how to rewire and reset your brain so you are clear and get more of what you want personally and professionally. She'll also answer all your questions about mental health, where to go, and what to do about it!
A study released by the Canadian Mental Health Association last summer identified that 62% of business owners report feeling depressed at least once per week. The same study also identified that women in the early growth stages of their business are more likely to report mental health concerns. Let's make sure we do something about this!
Jaime is a Registered Psychotherapist specializing in clearing trauma using a method that eliminates the effects of trauma in as little as one session. This is accomplished through the use of hypnosis, humour, and experiential techniques. With an online practice she works with children, teens, and adults. She’s also the 2019/2020 President of MDBWA and is excited to make shift happen!
