📢The MDBWA is proud to Spotlight one of our Members Cheryl Kydd of Dragonfly Dreams Inn, Bed and Breakfast at 670 Hugel Ave, Midland.

After many years of dreaming of owning her own Bed and Breakfast, she made her dreams a reality in June 2019 and made the move from Mississauga to Midland to start the Dragonfly Dreams Inn! 

Cheryl is passionate about ensuring her guests have an enjoyable, entertaining experience. From the ambiance to the food Cheryl takes pride in making everything just right. She enjoys preparing treats, baking bread, and providing great meals for her guests while also suggesting places to eat, visit and explore in the area. 

Dragonfly Dreams Inn caters to those who enjoy the unique stays in a Bed and Breakfast environment by staying in a private home, specially catered to by the Innkeeper. Specializing in understanding and catering to the special needs of solo travellers, knowing how to make their stay the most enjoyable from having traveled as a solo female for many years. All rooms come fully equipped with luxury bedding, dresser, satellite TV, private washroom, and luxurious towels.

Dragonfly Dreams Inn was nominated for both the Business Achievement Award for Best 2020 New Business 🏆  and The Mirror Readers’ Choice Awards 2019 for Professional Services under “Best Bed & Breakfast”! Cheryl’s biggest win as a woman in business has been learning so much in a few short months about running a Bed & Breakfast, branding, marketing, websites, and networking all while making new friends and realizing her dream.  🤝
